I am on Mypsace

I have always held true to the fact that Myspace is just a horrible place on the web to exist. It is built in the obsolete HTML 4.0 programming and is so big for its britches that it can not handle all of its traffic. Pages are always breaking and the time it takes to download one of those restricting ugly profiles is horribly to long for a modern web page. Even worse they opened it to a market of teenagers who don’t know the first thing about web standards. All they do is copy and paste code. Half the time you can not even read the text on the page because they do not know better. My favorite profiles though are the ones that crash your browser because they embedded a movie wrong. But what if you could find a way to build that profile so it is in valid XHTML and CSS 2.0. In doing so it would download twice as fast and the freedom to make it look any way you want. Thats the only way I would contribute to the Myspace community and because of a hack floating around the internet I was able to do just that. I was able to build a beautiful web page over that horrible table atrocity of a Myspace page and add my own touch to it. I have plans to even include an RSS feed for my comments but I need more friends and comments first. Check it out.
