Smits figures that an 82 cm x 82 cm square would be the same as one pixel when looking down 1km up. So he burned a square in the exact dimensions in order to make a dead pixel in Google Earth. It’s too bad you cannot see it until Google snaps the picture with their all-seeing satellite.
